Elaine Lin Hering offers digital products including online courses, webinars, and downloadable resources (“Digital Products”) through Kit (formerly ConvertKit). By purchasing a Digital Product, you agree to the following:

• Access to Digital Products is granted upon successful completion of payment
• Digital Products are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed
• Webinar recordings, slides, and any supplemental materials shared during a live session are subject to the same intellectual property protections as all other Digital Products
• Live webinars are delivered at a scheduled date and time; if you are unable to attend, access to a recording (if provided) will be communicated at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used at the time of purchase, as delivery and access links are sent electronically
  
  

b. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at hello@elainelinhering.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

c. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email through Kit. If you do not receive your product within a reasonable time after purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@elainelinhering.com.
